Yahoo! I am slowly figuring this blog out. This dinosaur can learn new tricks! Ok A little about my self– I am a Canadian teacher in Udon Thani. I am teaching English (or trying to!!)  I am lucky to teach at a pretty good school (for Thailand) I teach about 25 classes a week with between 20 and 55 students per class!!! By and large the students are pretty good–they listen some of the time, enjoy my jokes and repeat everything I say! They are generally polite and well behaved.They can drive you over the edge sometime just like any teenager. Ok Now on to the photography aspect— here its a bit of a challenge to keep your hobby going. English is a secong language here and English magazines cost an arm and a leg,  so you go to the internet and you find lots to look at. One site I like is www.whatthe duck.net  Its a cartoon humor site about photography. Usually when things go haywire (as it can happen here!!) you need a bit of humor. When my day has gone badly I know there is somewhere where its a bit worse.
